Neal is upset about El being kidnapped and the fact that Peter is really angry with him, so he agrees to confess to everything and go to DC with Kramer. In the end, Peter has small going away party at his house for Neal. It was a longer story and made me cry through most of it. I hope someone knows this story. Thanks.
